Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is only 24 hours away and what most people love about Thanksgiving is the food. I don't blame them. Thanksgiving dinner is really a wonderful feast. Is there any part of Thanksgiving that is healthy? The turkey, the stuffing, or sweet potato?

The healthiest part of Thanksgiving is giving thanks. According to research, gratitude has beneficial effects not just on moods but also on your hormone balance, the functioning of your nervous system, and even the quality of your digestion.

Practice gratitude can improve your overall well being. Keep daily journal gratitude and spend 5 minutes a day to write down what you are grateful for. Tomorrow can be a chance for you to start writing down what you are grateful for :-)
